01Investor Relations

A specialist position in a category going mainstream.

AffiliatePredictions is a category-specialist holding company. Our thesis: regulated prediction markets and event contracts are the next significant adjacency to retail finance and sport, and the category will reward operators with depth, not breadth.

The portfolio is structured to compound search authority, brand recognition, and editorial expertise across geographic, sport-specific, and category-function properties.

02.1

Investment thesis

Specialist media in a regulated, high-intent vertical compounds faster than generalist affiliate operators. We build the depth and consolidate the surface area.

02.2

Portfolio coverage

Geographic verticals across the U.S. addressable market, category functions for strategy and comparison, and education / onboarding properties for the entry funnel.

02.3

Capital efficiency

Domains acquired pre-buildout, properties launched on a deliberate cadence, and consolidation of adjacent assets to avoid redundant infrastructure spend.

03Why now

A category clearing regulatory escape velocity.

CFTC-regulated event contracts cleared key court tests in 2024–25. Volumes on Kalshi, Polymarket, and adjacent venues are now measured in billions. Generalist affiliates are not built for a category that is half finance, half sport, half regulated product. Specialists will own the search and brand equity.

04Why this operator

Operator depth, not affiliate breadth.

AffiliatePredictions is led by Catie Di Stefano — fifteen years across Betsson, GiG, Hard Rock Atlantic City, OnlineGamblers, Smartico.ai, and Vegas Kings. The playbook is operator-side first: editorial, CRM, compliance, and consolidation, applied to a category that hasn't yet been claimed.
